来たぞ，光だ
TEPCO光が来ました．
というわけで，せっかくだから測定してみた．
以下追記．

測定マシンはThinkPad X40．
100M LAN．
まずはso-net
加入時に送られてきた専用ルータ(NAT)と，

so-net遅いな．どうみてもルータの制限だろこれ．
50Mプランなのに，全くもって活かせてない．
TEPCOは…firefoxとIEで速度の違いすぎる場合があるのは何だよ．
ちなみに，他にもいくつかのサイトで測定したんだが，
速度が安定しないので割愛していたり．
